1. When excavator works, we should stop it on the flat ground. The track mechanism should be locked.
2. Obstacles cannot exist on the excavator passage to avoid collision.
3. In excavator work scope, there should be no personnel activities.
4. In the process of excavation, excavation to underground cables, pipelines and other underground buildings should immediately stop working. And immediately notify the relevant units to deal with.
5. In the process of excavating, when the driver of the car stops the car safely, pour the soil in the bucket into the car. During the unloading process, the bucket should be lowered as low as possible. It should not collide with the car. Bucket rotation cannot cross the cab of the car to prevent accidents.
6. When shoveling soil, the shovel cannot be deep. The speed of lifting should be appropriate, not too fast. The excavation depth is controlled within 4 meters.
7. During the front shovel operation, to ensure that no one walks and works under the shovel, we need to ensure safe operation.
8. When the excavator stops working, the bucket shall not be suspended. The driver's foot cannot leave the foot pedal. This is to ensure the braking performance of the excavator.
9. When the bucket is loaded, the inclination of the boom shall not be changed.
10. In the process of excavation, there are "four prohibitions":
(1) Prohibit the bucket to rotate back before leaving the working face.
(2) Prohibit sharp rotation.
(3) It is forbidden to scrape the mound with the side of the bucket.
(4) It is forbidden to use bucket to carry out side impact on the working face.
11. Excavator boom rotation range should be controlled in 45° ~ 60°. The inclination angle is controlled between 30° and 45°.
12. We should pay attention to the excavator during starting and walking. The driving wheel of the uphill track is at the back. The downhill track drive wheel is in front. The boom is in the back. The big arm should be parallel to the track. The rotary mechanism should be in the braking state. We should keep the bucket shall within 1 meter of the ground. The uphill and downhill slopes shall not exceed 20 degrees. The downhill should be at a low speed. It is forbidden to slide at different speeds.
13. Excavators should not be placed in the upper and lower mining sections (planes) for parallel operation. When rotating on the working surface, the flat ground should be selected. To remove obstacles in the passage. When working on soft ground, wood squares should be added under the equipment.
14. It is forbidden to operate under high-altitude erection objects such as wires.
15. When the excavator needs to stop on the slope, the bucket must land on the ground. All joysticks are in the center position. Stop braking. Wedges shall be placed at the rear of the track or tire.
