Construction Plant means all machinery, appliances or things of whatsoever nature, required for the execution, completion or maintenance of the works, but does not include material or other things, intended to form or forming part of the permanent works.
construction site means a workplace where construction work is being performed;
Production machinery means any machine which processes, forms, shapes, or transports raw materials, materials in process, waste materials or finished products.
CONSTRUCTION EQUIPMENT means all appliances and equipment of whatsoever nature for the use in or for the execution, completion operation or maintenance of the work unless intended to form part of permanent work.
Construction project means any work carried out in connection with the construction, alteration, conversion, fitting-out, commissioning, renovation, repair, maintenance, refurbishment, demolition, decommissioning or dismantling of a structure where the cost of the work is $250 000 or more;
Erection, construction, remodeling, repairing means all types of work done on a particular building or work at the site thereof in the construction or development of the project, including without limitation, erecting, construction, remodeling, repairing, altering, painting, and decorating, the transporting of materials and supplies to or from the building or work done by the employees of the Contractor, Subcontractor, or Agent thereof, and the manufacturing or furnishing of
Electrical equipment means underground equipment that contains dielectric fluid that is necessary for the operation of equipment such as transformers and buried electrical cable.
Construction waste means solid waste that is produced or generated during construction, remodeling, or repair of pavements, houses, commercial buildings, and other structures. Construction wastes include, but are not limited to lumber, wire, sheetrock, broken brick, shingles, glass, pipes, concrete, paving materials, and metal and plastics if the metal or plastics are a part of the materials of construction or empty containers for such materials. Paints, coatings, solvents, asbestos, any liquid, compressed gases or semi-liquids and garbage are not construction wastes.
Construction Works means all works and things necessary to complete the Project in accordance with this Agreement;
Installation Site means the specific Customer location where the Software is installed.
Project Equipment means all personal property, goods, leasehold improvements, machinery, equipment, furnishings, furniture, fixtures, tools and attachments wherever located and whether now owned or hereafter acquired, refinanced in whole or in part with the proceeds of the Bonds, and any additions and accessions thereto, substitutions therefor and replacements thereof, including without limitation the Project Equipment described in appendices to the Agreement, as amended from time to time in accordance herewith.
Contractor’s Equipment means all apparatus, machinery, vehicles and other things required for the execution and completion of the Works and the remedying of any defects. However, Contractor’s Equipment excludes Temporary Works, Employer’s Equipment (if any), Plant, Materials and any other things intended to form or forming part of the Equipment.
Construction Work means work on site in or in connection with:
Constructional Plant means all equipments, materials, appliances or things of whatsoever nature required for execution, completion or maintenance of the works (as hereinafter defined) but does not include materials or other things intended to form or forming part of the permanent work.
Installation Work means the construction and installation of the System and the Start-up, testing and acceptance (but not the operation and maintenance) thereof; all performed by or for the Power Producer at the Premises.
Machinery means any article or combination of articles assembled, arranged or connected and which is used or intended to be used for converting any form of energy to performing work, or which is used or intended to be used, whether incidental thereto or not, for developing, receiving, storing, containing, confining, transforming, transmitting, transferring or controlling any form of energy;
Installation means a stationary technical unit where one or more activities listed in Annex I are carried out and any other directly associated activities which have a technical connection with the activities carried out on that site and which could have an effect on emissions and pollution;
Installations means all property of any kind paid for by Landlord, all Alterations, all fixtures, and all partitions, hardware, built-in machinery, built-in casework and cabinets and other similar additions, equipment, property and improvements built into the Premises so as to become an integral part of the Premises, including, without limitation, fume hoods which penetrate the roof or plenum area, built-in cold rooms, built-in warm rooms, walk-in cold rooms, walk-in warm rooms, deionized water systems, glass washing equipment, autoclaves, chillers, built-in plumbing, electrical and mechanical equipment and systems, and any power generator and transfer switch.
farm building means that part of a bona fide farming operation encompassing barns, silos and other ancillary development to an agricultural use, but excluding a residential use;
Installation Works means, as the context so requires,
Construction Contractor means a person who undertakes to or offers to undertake to, or purports to have the capacity to undertake to, or submits a bid to, or does himself or by or through others, construct, alter, repair, add to, subtract from, improve, move, wreck, or demolish any building, highway, road, railroad, excavation, or other structure, project, development, or improvement to real property, or to do any part thereof. "Construction contractor" includes subcontractors, specialty contractors, prime contractors, and any person receiving consideration for the general supervision and/or coordination of such a construction project except for remediation contracting. This definition shall govern without regard to whether or not the construction contractor is acting in fulfillment of a contract.
Construction Services means either of the following for construction-manager-at-risk, design-build and job-order-contracting project delivery methods:
Farm machinery means all machines and tools that are used in the production, harvesting, and care of farm products, and includes trailers that are used to transport agricultural produce or agricultural production materials between a local place of storage or supply and the farm, agricultural tractors, threshing machinery, hay-baling machinery, corn shellers, hammermills, and machinery used in the production of horticultural, agricultural, and vegetable products.
Building Equipment means all machinery, systems, apparatus, facilities, equipment and fixtures of every kind whatsoever now or hereafter belonging, attached to and used exclusively (whether or not same constitute fixtures), or procured for exclusive use, in connection with the operation or maintenance of the Building and/or Property, including water, sewer and gas connections, all heating, electrical, lighting, and power equipment, engines, furnaces, boilers, pumps, tanks, dynamos, motors, generators, conduits, plumbing, cleaning, fire prevention, refrigeration, ventilating, air cooling, air conditioning equipment and apparatus, cranes, elevators, escalators, ducts and compressors and any and all replacements thereof and additions thereto; but excluding, however, (i) Lessee's Property, (ii) property of any sublessee which sublessee may be authorized to remove from the Building upon and subject to the terms and conditions of its sublease and this Lease, (iii) property of contractors servicing the Building, and (v) improvements for water, gas, and electricity and other similar equipment or improvements owned by any public utility company or any governmental agency or body.
Office Building Project Buildings means all of the buildings on the Office Building Project site.
Office Building Project Buildings Total Destruction means if the Office Building Project Buildings are damaged or destroyed to the extent that the cost of repair is fifty percent (50%) or more of the then Replacement Cost of the Office Building Project Buildings.
